Year 7 Transition

During Term 2 the Transition Information Pack for Parents/Guardians is provided to all families of current Grade 6 students by the Primary School. This pack includes an application form whereby you’re nominating your preferred Secondary School for your child. Completed application forms are then sent back to your child’s Primary School. The Primary School will inform families of confirmed Secondary School placements in August.

Once confirmed to attend Cranbourne West Secondary College, we will be in contact with you to provide confirmation of enrolment documents and provide you important information about the new school year for your child.

CWSC are holding College Tours for prospective Year 7, 2027 Enrolments

We are currently only holding tours for families within our zone. If you are not within our zone, you will not be able to attend a tour. Please refer to www.findmyschool.vic.gov.au before continuing

Please note:

Due to our College facing exceptional enrolment pressure, our College tours will be capped and only 2 people can attend per booking/family.
Once you have submitted the form, the Office will contact you in the following weeks to confirm your booking.
